Food distributor Y. Hata & Co. of O’ahu, Hawai’i, was looking to move a 7,000SF closeouts store out of their primary warehouse facility to a new location.

We created a “Costco for restaurants” business model, brand and store for Y. Hata & Co. The model bridges the gap between restaurant and grocery markets by making restaurant-grade food available to both professionals and residents. Services provided include:
